We work collaboratively with attorneys and the courts to ensure a just and compassionate process, empowering individuals to achieve clarity, find renewal, and build a resilient future.

Kimberly Miner is a driving force in domestic, sexual, and human trafficking advocacy and legislative change.  As the founder/CEO of Envision You, she has worked with over 3,000 survivors of trauma to offer survivors hope, support, and trauma recovery programs.  She has attained 42 certificates that focus on advocacy, victim rights, child abuse, and working with abusers.  She has been published 14 times in magazines and local newspapers and interviewed by the local Channel 3 CBS News for her advocacy.  She has shared her knowledge by speaking at 10 universities and recently at Clemson University. On the speaker bureau for NADV and RAINN, an honoree of the Top 100 Leader in Education and Women in Business, keynote speaker at community events such as Take Back The Night, has spoken in policy advocacy at the State House of Representatives and Senate, a 2x best-selling co-author, and a Bachelor of Criminal Justice and a Master of Criminal Justice as well as while finishing her Ph.D. in Criminal Justice.
